If you're looking for a hotel with a great location, this is the place to stay. It is very close to the main train station and also within walking distance of the city centre. Plus, if you have an early morning flight, you can easily take the Marconi Express from the nearby train station to the airport.
Some guests have mentioned problems with the front desk staff, who seem to be lacking in customer service skills.

Check-in was quick and the room wasvery comfy and tidy. The location was convenient, just a short walk from the train station. We had a decent breakfast each morning. Despite a few minor drawbacks, we would recommend this hotel for a short stay.

I had a great stay here. The location was very convenient as it was close to the railway station, making it easy for me to access other areas. I was impressed with the range of facilities and amenities offered here, including the room service, laundry and dry cleaning, which made my stay even more comfortable. I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The cleanliness was perfect and the hotel facilities were great. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the train station and not far from the historic center. Large, recently refurbished room for 3 people. Baby cot provided. Clean and well laid out. Secure fenced parking available but not guaranteed. Pleasant 15-17 min walk to city center. Early check-in for parking. Good breakfast with variety. Great value for money.
